The Napiers.

We had a wonderful weekend. Saturday was full of service and fun activities. Sunday we spoke in church. We had a great meal prepared by the Nobles. There was a fireside presented by President and Sister Griffiths. A testimony meeting followed. At the end, after many good-bye tears and tender thank-yous, the stake presidency presented us with a beautiful Beleek platter, and many kind words. It was a hard but good night. We will never forget the wonderful people in the Belfast Stake. They have hold of our hearts forever and God be with them till we meet again......

A few lasts.....

As our mission drew to a close, we enjoyed last visits with many of our dear friends. Clare Kerry painted me this beautiful picture....

We had lunch with Julie McNally and said good=bye to Portadown......

We miss this beautiful little village that was our home away from home......

We said good-bye to the Lowry's and enjoyed a last dinner with them

We love them and their beautiful home......

A Special Visitor

We were excited to have our good friend Richard Hawks, who works for the church education system, come for a visit to Belfast. He wanted to meet some of the YSA so we got together one day to show him the Centre and meet with a few of them. We really enjoyed his visit. We knew him in Minnesota before he moved back to Utah.

It a small world....especially in the church. We love meeting new people and running into old friends!

YSA Farewell Party

A week before we left Belfast the YSA had a farewell party for us. They were so cute...they called us and told us not to come to the Centre until 8:30 on Friday night. When we got there the carpark was full but the lights were all off in the building. We entered the cultural hall and they all yelled surprise!!

It was all decorated and we had our special seats right in the front.....

They even gave us snacks to munch on!

We had fun playing lots of games.....

Robyn took charge and had fun things planned.

We were showered with gifts....and souvenirs....

The Blickenstaffs were there.....

We love the Nobles.......

and all the YSA!

It was such a fun night! We appreciated all they did for us. A night we will always remember.
