On Saturday, May 7
th, we went to Dublin for the
YSA Dublin Day! After breakfast and get-to- know-you games we headed to a community nursing home for a day of service.

This little herd of deer were wandering around.....watching us as we took pictures!

Getting ready with our yellow helping hands shirts....

We only had 8
YSA from Belfast, but we all had a good time.

We weeded several very over-grown gardens.....

It was amazing what a couple of hours and lots of hands could accomplish. There was
definitely a change in the way the gardens looked after we were done. We all enjoyed a picnic lunch before heading back to the
Finglas Chapel.
When we got back, there were several workshops and then it was time for dinner........

Group shot!

After dinner, we enjoyed listening to 60 and 70's music from this local band....I'm not sure it was the music the
YSA would have picked, but we enjoyed it and they all seemed to have a good time......

It was a fun day and as always, we enjoyed being with these great young people!
